I have been most slack in my blogging, and this is no recompense, but here are a couple of pics to catch you up.
Diet is still going very well, although socialising and holidays have meant a few cheats - but that is no bad thing. I did hit 74kg - actual fighting weight - but it should really be composed of more muscle than I have now. I have finished the '22 press-ups for 22 days' thing. Still crap at them.
