I'm an odd one

Let it never be said that I don't bear all my quirks to my loyal readers.

Today I, sort of, and I think deliberately, peeled my toe.  Whilst sober.

Come the morn, this will smart
But I guess we all have our foibles.

To compensate for the above horror, behold this beautiful sight:

This one is for Cross, watch and weep you wannabe jock
Thanks again to the Moon for the latest edition; the Einar.  One litre of whisky buys one hour of contact time with the soon-daughter.

Nick gets an SLR

Thank you Mother for an early birthday present of one Canon 650D.  We needed a good camera for photographing the soon-daughter and this thing will take a while to learn how to use.

Apologies for the nudity, but such glee

This is what I like to call a flower

Back to Life

No climbing this weekend - just some life stuff.

We started the weekend by queuing up for the NCT (National Childbirth Trust, which we are now members of) Nearly New Sale.  A lot of middle-class mums diving in to big piles of baby clothes.  Better get used to this kind of thing I suppose.  We spent £12.

We then had Gav and Lee over for a BBQ - this time it didn't take fours hours to cook a kebab and it was even claimed I burnt the halloumi.

Check out the new furniture - a Tescos bargain.

Me, mastering fire

Uncle Gav rocks the new chair
Today, Lee asked for my help, nay guidance, on putting up his coving.  Turns out it's quite tricky.  He better be handy with the filler.

Sod it, that'll do
